If you loved visiting Emerald Greens on your vacation, have you considered something longer? The vacation doesn't have to end because we offer long-term leases! Perhaps you're moving to the area and want to take your time looking for just the right home. You may be in a "life layover" while you gather your thoughts and plan your future. Many of our longer term guests are simply living the good life, taking their time and enjoying resort-style living.

You can choose from three long-term rental options: Snowbird (3 to 5 months), 6-month or 12-month leases.

The Snowbird comes with a full furniture package including:

• Living room set (sofa & loveseat)
• Bedroom set
• Dining room table & chairs
• Kitchen pack (dishes, silverware, cookware, etc.)
• Small appliances (coffeemaker, toaster, etc.)
• TV/DVD player
• Linens for bedroom, bathroom & kitchen

Other guests prefer the 6-month long-term lease or the 12-month long-term lease. Each of these are unfurnished condos but still include all major appliances such as dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, stove, built-in microwave, washer and dryer. Pets under 20 pounds are permitted long-term and Snowbird leases. (One pet please; only non-aggressive breeds.)
