Long-Term Rentals

Emerald Greens Resort also offers the option of long-term rentals. Living like you're on vacation is within your reach! Resort-style living has never been more affordable than at Emerald Greens Resort. Residents may choose from among the following long-term rental periods:

• Snowbird rental: 3 to 5 months, winter months of November 1 through April 30th
• 6-month lease
• 12-month lease

The Snowbird rental condo includes the following amenities: linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) TVs, DVD players, complete furniture package, all of the major appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, all utilities, internet access and expanded basic cable. The rental condo includes the following amenities: linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) TVs, DVD players, complete furniture package, all of the major appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, all utilities, internet access and expanded basic cable.

Other guests prefer the 6-month long-term lease or the 12-month long-term lease. Pets less than 20 lbs. are permitted with an applicable pet fee (no aggressive breeds please). Each of these are unfurnished condos but still include all major appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, stove, built-in microwave, washer and dryer, basic cable, garbage pick-up and pest control.

The long term rentals require an application to be completed. Please complete the application to begin planning your extended stay at Emerald Greens.

Application fee is $50.00 for 12 month, 6 month and 3-5 month Snowbird leases.

Security deposit is $300.00 for 12 month, 6 month and 3-5 month Snowbird leases.

Pet fee is $300.00 for 12 month, 6 month and 3-5 month leases. Only pets less than 20 lbs. are permitted.
