Owner's Guest Registration

The owners of each unit in Emerald Greens Condominiums may designate two persons to receive full CLUB membership privileges. Owners may change such designation upon five days prior written notice. Those privileges include unlimited use of the golf course, club house (excluding areas reserved for business office, utility rooms, private living quarters, and storage), pools, and tennis court. Please complete the form below to submit the names of your two CLUB membership designees.

† Occupancy is strictly limited to the sleeping capacity of the condo. Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 persons in one and two bedroom condos. Management reserves the right to enter the rental property anytime to investigate disturbances, check occupancy and/or check for damages.

 

‡ Pet fee is $300.00.

 

¶ Guest will need to register with our office upon arrival to receive guest stickers and sign use agreement form. Owner must transfer amenity/fitness cards before arrival.
